Education Qualification
Through this recruitment, Power Grid Corporation will select candidates for the posts of Trade Apprentice in different departments. It is mandatory for the candidate to have ITI Diploma in Electrical Trade. While for some posts, the candidate must have a three-year polytechnic diploma in electrical engineering. some seats are also reserved for Polytechnic Diploma holders in Civil Engineering. At the same time, for some posts, it is necessary to have a degree in engineering. Selection Procedure
Shortlisting of applicants will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed essential qualification applicable to the respective trade. Selected applicants shall be intimated through the registered email id. Selected applicants will have to appear for verification of testimonials.
On successful completion of document verification, submission of medical certificate in the prescribed format, and the execution of the Apprenticeship contract agreement, a letter of engagement shall be issued to the applicants.
